The Ava House B&B is only about 15 minutes walk from the town centre and just 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet. We offer all the necessary amenities such as WiFi, en-suite bathrooms, a small tabletop fridge and TV in each room. We provide fresh linen and towels with our softly furnished beds.
We have limited parking facilities on site, but parking is available in our next door property if needed. A basic continental breakfast is included in our room price, which you can enjoy in our breakfast room.
There is a regular bus service from right outside the guesthouse to the historic Oxford city centre, and there are also public transport connections to Woodstock and neighbouring towns.
The guesthouse also has very close business connections to neighbouring towns such as Oxford, Milton Keynes, Stratford-upon-avon, Buckingham, Swindon, Northampton, the M4, M40 and the Bicester train station.
Check-in is available from 2 pm and our check-out time is by 10:30am.

Across the street there is a popular pub serving hot meals, behind the pub you will find a groceries store, fresh bakery, launderette, and a chip shop, all with good prices and opening hours.
